16 oz Elbow Macoroni (Or other pasta, cooked and drained)16 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15.25 oz drained)2 Cans Tomato Sauce (8 oz)1 Can Tomato Paste2 oz Cheddar Cheese (Grated)Onion (Optional and not included in calculation)Seasoning (Such as Salt, Pepper, McCormick Season All)
1. Boil Water and Cook Macaroni. 2. Brown Ground Beef (Add a little Seasoning, I use McCormick Season All. You could also add a chopped onion while browning). 3. Grate Cheese and set aside. 4. Strain Macaroni and put back in pot. 5. Add Ground Beef to pot with Macaroni. 6. Drain liquid out of corn and add. 7. Add Tomato Paste, Tomato Sauce, and Cheese and stir all together over low to medium heat until heated through. Makes about twelve 1 cup servings. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes total.
