1 cup frozen strawberries (whole)10-15 blueberries1/2 bananaunsweetened soda water Iie. flavored seltzer)
Place strawberries, blueberries and banana in mixer (I use the Ninja).
If your machine can blend without adding the soda mix fruit first, then add soda water and mix to the thickness you like.
If you need to add liquid to your machine when you mix frozen items add the soda water a little at a time until it is the consistency you like.
Serving size depends on amount of soda water.
