Apples, fresh, 10 medium (2-3/4" dia) Rum, 1 fl oz Orange Juice, .25 cupQuick Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dryCinnamon, ground, 2 tbspButter, salted, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, .75 cup Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .75 cup
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut apples into chunks and mix in oj and rum to keep them from browning. Mix sugars, cinnamon, flour and oats. Cut in butter. Add apples to sprayed or buttered pan. Spread mixture over apples. Bake for 45 min.
