whole wheat pasta 1 box 200cal per serv at 7 servings, 1 serving (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 12 Italian tomato (remove)Garlic, 7 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Basil, 16 leaves (remove)*pam (1 spray), 4 serving (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 17 ounces (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
brown minced garlic in tablespoon of olive oil and 4 sprays of cooking spray until golden brown
add diced tomatoes and stew covered 20 min with salt and pepper stirring occasionally
Once tomatoes break down remove cover to release liquid simmering for 10-15 minutes
chiffonade basil and add to mixture
add parm cheese
cook pasta
dice chicken
optional: blend sauce
toss together
