Daniel Fast Cherry Pineapple Oatmeal with Almonds and Pomegranates

Ingredients
Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 0.5 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Soy Milk- Silk Unsweetened Soy Beverage, .5 cup (4 fl oz) Sweet Cherries, 6 cherry (pitted and sliced)Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thic (cut up)Flax seed Ground, .1 teaspoonBlue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds (7almonds),crushedPomegranates, 28 gramsSea Salt, pinch
Directions
Add oats water pinch salt and milk. Heat to slight boil, lower temp and the rest of the ingredients simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Stirring occasionally.

It's also good with a banana added right before you eat it, or add a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter while its simmering!
Just remember to add it to your calories!
Yesterday I made it with (Dole) frozen mango and banana. It was awesome! The pineapple makes it sweet too!
Makes one serving. (It will expand and seem like more than one! YEAH!)
