Easy Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1.5 cup, diced (remove)Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced *Potato, raw, 6 cup diced Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 2 tbsp
Directions
Sautee onion and celery in margarine until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are soft and cream cheese has melted. You may add salt and pepper to taste.
