Egg & Mushroom Mayonnaise Sandwich

Ingredients
6 pieces mushroom1/2 sliced onion1 tsp Puréed garlic1 pat of butter1 egg2 slices bread2 tbsp mayonnaise1 tsp mustardsalt & pepper
Directions
1. Boil the egg for 20 minutes
2. Heat the the butter. Sauté the mushrooms along with the onion & garlic.
3. Mix the egg, mayonnaise and mustard. Salt & pepper for flavour
