Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1.50 cup, chopped (packaged cole slaw works great)Carrots, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Garlic, 2 cloves, mincedOnions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 3 cups1 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to medium size pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium low and simmer until vegetables are soft (est. 30 min.)
