Ingredients
2 Cups flour3/4 cup cocoa powder3 tsp baking powder2 eggs1/8 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/4 cup skim milk1 cup sugar replacement (Sucralose)1/4 cup margarine (Becel RSF)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place parchment paper at the bottom of a square cake pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, blend flour cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, mix with an electric mixer eggs, margarine, & sugar replacement until completely dissolved. Add the vanilla, milk and the flour mixture and blend.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
