Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, .16 cup * Baking Powder, 3 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 dash * Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup Canola oil, 1/4 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Pecans, .25 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spray 12 cup muffin pan. Put 1/4 cup of mix in each holder. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
