Ingredients
1 lb buffalo ground1 small onioni1tsp garlic powder2 T chili powder1 T cumin1 T cocoa powder2 tsp salt1 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp oreganopinch cayenne
Directions
brown the ground buffalo, cook onions with buffalo, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 -2 hours

serve with rice and cheese
