Jessee's Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (small, or 2 large)1/2 cup of sour cream1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup salsa1 packet taco seasoning1.5 cups brown minute rice
Directions
place chicken breasts in crock pot and top with taco seasoning
mix salsa and soup together and pour over chicken breasts
cook for about 2.5 hours (if chicken is thawed) or 6 hours (if frozen)
With about 30 minutes left mix in rice and sour cream, and shred chicken with a fork
Leave until rice is cooked and serve

You can serve it as is or in a tortilla
