Tilapia Fish Sticks

Ingredients
Tilapia- 8 filetsFlaxseed- 1/4 cupShake and Bake original chicken- 1 packetCanola oil Non-stick spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Begin by cutting fish filets into 1/2 inch strips.

In a medium bowl combine flaxseed and shake and bake. If fish is dry, dip each fish strip into a cup of water and place in bowl. cover each strip completely.

Using a large baking pan, spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place each coated strip onto the pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes. serve immediately with tartar sauce or Ketchup. (Sauces not included in calorie total.)
