Mini banana muffins

Ingredients
Egg white, 1 serving Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp self rising flour, .5 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients together after mashing bananas. Add water until smooth. I used a cupcake maker that makes 8, 2-inch cupcakes/muffins for at least 10 minutes then refridgerate for 30 minutes.
