Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shreddedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) coarsely choppedCabbage, fresh, .25 cup, shredded Baby Carrots, raw, 8 coarsely choppedCilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Lemons, 1 wedgeMandarin Oranges no sugar added Raw Blanched Slivered Almonds, 2 tbslAvocados, California (Haas), 1 small or 1/2 MediumNewman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Mix the cilantro, salad dressing, and juice from the lemon and toss with the remaining ingredients. Serves 1, (approximately 3 cup serving size.)
