Salmon Patty w/ Peppers

Ingredients
Chicken of the Sea, Pink Salmon (6 oz. foil pack)Finely diced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers (about 1/2 C total)Finely chopped Green Onion (2-3 whole onions w/ greens)1 Egg plus 1 Egg WhiteQuick Oats (about 1/4-1/3 C)Ground Red Pepper, Black Pepper, and Salt (all to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl, using more/less oatmeal as needed to form patties. Form into two large patties and cook on hot skillet with cooking spray.
