Barbeque Muffins

Ingredients
1 tube buttermilk biscuits1 lb. ground beef1/2 c. ketchup3 T. brown sugar1 T. cider vinegar1/2 tsp. chili powder1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Separate dough into biscuits and flatten into 5" circles. Press into bottom and sides of greased muffin cups; set aside. In skillet, brown ground beef and drain. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder- stir until smooth. Add this to meat and mix well. Divide meat among biscuits using about 1/4 cup for each. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from muffin tin and serving
