Mediterranean slow cooked Chicken and rice

Ingredients
225g Chicken breast skinless and boneless1 red, green and yellow pepper200 grams of mushrooms100g frozen peas100g dwarf/french beans1 medium onion1 tin low fat condensed chicken soup150g brown rice1 tin of chopped tomatoes with basil1/2 pint boiling waterolive oil
Directions
pre-soak rice for 10 mins in half pint of boiling water,
in a slow cooker add and stir together tomatoes, chicken soup (still condensed), rice and water
brown chicken and onions with one spray olive oil
add to slow cooker and stir in chicken, onions and peppers after half hour add peas, mushrooms and dwarf beans and leave to simmer, stirring often, until sauce is reduced and thickened and rice has softened
