1 lb Lean ground beef1 - 6oz. can tomato paste 1 - 10oz. can ROTEL Chunky Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilis1 - 15.5oz. can Bush's Red Kidney Beans 1 - 15.5oz. can Bush's White Kidney Beans (Cannellini)1 - 15oz. can Bush's Black Beans 1/2 - Onion, chopped 1/2 - Green bell pepper, chopped 1 tsp - Salt 1 tsp - Garlic powder1 tsp - Ground cumin 1/2 tsp - Chili powder1/2 tsp - Black pepper
Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Drain. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and set on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Serve hot with rolls or cornbread. Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings.
