Low Carb Italian Cheesy Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds2 packets Splenda1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp dried minced onion1/4 tsp ground garlic2 eggs3 tbsp melted butter2 tbsp heavy cream1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup ground Italian sausage, cooked and drained1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine dry ingredients. In a bowl beat together eggs, butter, and cream. Stir in dry ingredients. Combine well.

Add Parmesan cheese and sausage, stir well.

On greased baking sheet, muffin top pan or muffin tin spoon enough mixture to create six muffins or rounds.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese just begins to brown and muffins are baked through. Serve warm.
