Oriental Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
27.5 oz. frlank steak5 Tbsp. soy sauce5 Tbsp. vinegar15 tsp Splenda1 garlic clove, minced1 pkg. frozen broccoli2 Tbsp. cornstarch1 oz. water
Directions
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, Splenda, and garlic. Cut steak into thin strips. Marinate strips in sauce for 10 minutes. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook strips until pink is gone. Add vegetables. Cook to desired crispness. Combine water and cornstarch and add to sauce to thicken. Serve.
