Mexican lasagne

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef browned and cooked with taco seasonings1/2 onion chopped and cooked Polenta made with 3 cups broth or stock and I cup cornmealcan refried beans fat free
Directions
saute onion in small amount of oil or broth; brown ground beef and add taco seasonings per package directions; make polenta: bring broth to a boil and slowly add cornmeal whisking constantly for 15-30 minutes until thick.
prep 13 x 9 pan with pam
pour polenta pan and cool; when cool layer beans then beef then cheese and cook for 40 minutes at 400
