Cheesy Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 4 turkey cutlets (4 oz ea)- 6.5 oz can of mushroom pieces- 2 tbsp of olive oil- Mrs. Dash, any type salt free- 4 oz of velveeta- 5 tbsp of marsala wine- 1 boil in a bg brown rice
Directions
- heat olive oil in pan, then put Mrs. Dash on cutlets before putting in hot pan
- cook turkey through, then add mushrooms and marsala wine
- cook 2-3 minutes, then add cheese
- Meanwhile, cook rice
- put final cutlets and mushrooms over rice
