Mexican Goulash

1 lb lean ground beef16 oz elbow macaroni1 can black beans1 can sweet yellow corn2 cans tomato soup2 cans rotel tomatoes2 pckgs taco seasoning
Preheat oven to 350*
Brown the ground beef in large skillet. While the meat is cooking, cook macaroni noodles in boiling water in a pan until done. Drain fat/grease from meat. Once noodles are done, combine noodles with the meat. Stir in tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Place goulash in a 13X9 pan. Add and mix together corn, black beans, and goulash. Bake goulash in oven for 30 min at 350*.
*Makes approx 10 servings
For added flavor: add 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of goulash (after it has cooked for 30 min) and bake for additional 5 min or until cheese is melted. Cheese was not calculated into ingredients/calories.
