Ingredients
3 cups cubed turnips, steamed3 cups cubed boiling potatoes, steamed6 large eggsGarlic salt to tasteOlive oil, the spray-on zero calorie kind
Directions
Chop up enough turnips and boiling potatoes to make 3 cups of each. (the 32 oz. were because I wasn't sure how to calculate cups, hope it works)
Steam them in your microwave or on the stove in a steamer.
Puree them all together in a food processor.
This makes 12 servings, 0.5 cup each.

To each cup of this mixture, add one egg & some garlic salt & mix in.
Spray oil on cast-iron pan, heat to medium hot, spoon in the mix to make pancakes the size you like.
3 minutes on one side, 2-3 min. on the other, and you have a yummy side dish.
Keeps well in the fridge until you use it all at several meals.
