Lighter Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
3 cups lightly packed Basil Leaves1/4 cup olive oil4 tbsp lemon juice2 cloves garlic minced1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese12 whole almonds (can substitute pine nuts)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the oil in a food processor.
2. While food processor is on, slowly add oil
3. Process until desired texture.
4. Serve with pasta, on chicken, or as a condiment to chicken.
