1/2 C 1% low fat milk, 1/2 C Vanilla fat free yogurt, 2Tbsp golden milled flaxseed, 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 banana, sliced.
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix well
Makes 2 servings.
