Phoebee Crab Quiche

Ingredients
Pie crust ready to bake.1 cup shredded swiss1 cup shredded sharp chedder 2%1 cup imitation crab.1/2 cup liquid egg1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Shred 1 cup of Swiss cheese
Place cheese in pie crust
chop crab into bite size pices.
mix with cheese.
Combine egg and milk, pour over crab and swiss mixture.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Preheat oven to 475.
Reduce to 375 and bake for 40 minutes. Check at 40 minutes to see if mixture has set. Cook for 5 minute increments till set.
