Ingredients
Potatoes, 8 cups, DicedChicken Broth, Sixteen (16) ouncesOnion, 1 cup, DicedCream of Chicken Soup, 1 canCream Cheese, Low Fat, Eight (8) ouncesToppings: shredded cheese, green onions bacon bits
Directions
Cook the potatoes and onions in the chicken broth until tender. Mix in the cream of chicken soup. Mix the cream cheese with some hot broth until thoroughly melted. Pour back into the soup. Cook on low for about an hour. Top with shredded cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
