Slow Cooker Spicy Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
8 0z grilled chicken breast, skinless and shredded2 10 oz cans of chopped tomatos and chilis (rotel)3 garlic cloves1 white onion, chopped2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped ( leave seeds for more spice)1 10.5 can of cream of chicken soup1 1.25 packet of taco seasoning3 corn tortillas
Directions
Place all your ingredients in a slow cooker, add four cups water. Mix together and let cook for five or so hours. Makes four servings. Fifteen or so minutes before time to eat, you can skillet fry your corn tortillas, cut them into strips and put them in soup.
Additional garnishes can be cheese, or avacodos.
