* *Chick'n Scallopini by gardein, 3 serving * Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup * Leeks, 1 cup * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices * *Milk, Silk Plain DHA Omega 3 & Calcium, 2 cup * Vegetable Broth, 2 cup * *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 8 tbsp
Saute onions, leeks and garlic in margarine. Add all ingredients to crock pot along with Ms. Dash Chicken Seasoning, salt and pepper.
