Ingredients
1cup soy milk1 banana sliced1c strawberries, halved.5 c pineapple chunks1 6oz container Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Bannana Yogurt.
Directions
Put the strawberries in the blender and chunk them up
Then add the pineapple and half a cup of the soy milk and blend some more. Add the banana and the rest of the milk and yogurt (I had some that I froze and used in this) and blend until smooth.
