Billdad's Cinnamon Chicken Chili

1 lb Perdue Ground Chicken2 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with chili seasoning2 15.5 oz cans of dark red kidney beans2 yellow onions, chopped2 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 cup of cooked vegetables (leftover)1 tsp cayenne pepper1 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp cinnamondash of salt
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet, Add chopped onions, garlic, and ground chicken. Brown about 10 minutes.
Add all other ingredients to slow cooker, on LOW setting.
Add cooked chicken onion garlic to slow cooker.
Slow cook for 2 hours.
Add salt to taste.
Makes about 14 1 cup servings
