Sweet n' Chunky Chicken Salad

5 1/2 oz cooked chicken breats, cubed1/2 cup cucumber, chopped1/3 cup seedless red grapes, halved1/3 cup apple, chopped1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream1 no calorie sweetener packet1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoningDash of salt
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, sweetener, lemon peper, and salt, stirring until mixed well.
Add chicken, stirring until fully coated with the yogurt dressing.
Add cucumber, grape halves, and apples, and mix well.
Serve immediately or let chill for 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the flavors to blend.
