Pear Walnut Spinach Salad

Ingredients
4 cups baby spinach1/2 cup black walnuts (halves)1 fresh pear cubed1 1/2 tbsp olive oil3/4 tbsp pear infused vinegar
Directions
Toast walnut halves in toaster oven for 3 minutes at 350. Set aside to cool. Place spinach, pears, and cooled walnuts in large salad bowl. Mix oil and vinegar and toss with spinach mixture. Serve.
