Creamy Hummus

Ingredients
15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/4 cup warm water1.5 tbsp lime juice1/2 tbsp tahini.75-1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Place everything except the cilantro in a food processor. Process for about 4 minutes, or until very smooth. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the cilantro.

Makes about 8 (2 tbsp) servings (2 cups)
