Ingredients
Yeast, bakers, 2.5 TbsNonfat Dry Milk Powdered, .25 cup Vital wheat gluten, .25 cupBread flour, white, 2 1/3 cup Rye flour, light, 1 1/3 cupCaraway Seed, 2 2/3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Honey, 2 tbsp Canola Oil, 1 1/3 tbsp Water, tap, 1.25 cup
Directions
Put ingredients into bread machine in order listed. If dough appears crumbly or dry add 1 Tbs of water at a time while douhg is kneding until a round ball is formed. This makes a large loaf.
