2 cups fat free greek yogurt, e.g. fage 0%1 english cucumberHandful fresh mint1tsp garlic salt
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the watery, seedy center. Discard.
Finely grate the cucumber and set in a sieve to allow water to drain out.
Squeeze the grated cucumber to release as much water as possible.
Finely chop the mint leaves.
Mix yogurt, garlic salt chopped mint and grated cucumber.
Serve!
