Lizzy Liver and Onion

Ingredients
3 large onions-about 900 grams4 Tbsp olive oil1 lb. beef liver1/4 cup flour
Directions
slice onions and saute in 2 Tbsp olive oil till tender
remove from pan
put remaining oil in pan dip liver in flour and fry on medium heat about 2 minutes
smother with onions and enjoy
