Ingredients
14oz tri-tip roast10oz Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles14.5oz Hunt's diced tomatoes
Directions
Add ingredients as listed into slow cooker. Season as necessary. (I usually add salt, pepper, rosemary, and cumin seeds). Set slow cooker on low setting and cook for eight (8) hours.
