Beat cake mix, extract, and water on slow for 30 sec. Then 1 min on medium/ fold in 1/2 c pineapple. save 2-3 tbsp of pineapple juice for frosting.Pour into 10x4 Angel food pan ungreased bake 350 for 37-47 minutes. Remove cake when golden brown and cracks are dry. cool upside down on rack for 1hours. Run knife along edges. and put on flat place. Frosting : Mix butter , powerder sugar, and pineapple juice that was drained from can.
