Hanne's Yorkshire Pudding

For 12 individual puddings - 1 pudding=1 serving1 cup white flour3 eggs1.5 cups skim milk0.5 tsp saltCooking spray
Prep time includes time the batter sits in the fridge - 120 minutes
Break 3 eggs in blender and blend for one minute.
Add 0.25 cups milk and all dry ingredients.
Blend for one minute. Scrape down sides of blender, add rest of milk and blend for another minute.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a 12-muffin pan with cooking spray and pop into hot oven for a couple of minutes. Take pan out of hot oven and add batter. Return to oven for about 10 minutes, until Yorkshires are puffed up and golden brown.
