CHS Parmesan Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
7 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges1/2 cup olive oil1 cup dry, Italian-seasoned bread crumbs1 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated1 tsp paprika1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Mix Italian seasoned bread crumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parmesan cheese.
2. Brush potato wedges with olive oil and roll in bread crumb mixture.
3. Place wedges on greased baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle wedges with additional parmesan cheese.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until tender.
