Spicy Sweet Pecans

Ingredients
1 c pecan pieces1/4 c brown sugar1 TB butter1 tsp water1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Add all ingredients except pecans in non stick fry pan. Bring to a boil over med high heat. Stir until sugar is disolved about 2 minutes. Add pecans and stir while cooking for 1 1/2 minutes. Spread on sprayed cookie sheet to cool. If clumpy, chop up. Sprinkle on salad right before eating. Serving size is 1 TB.
