High Protein Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)*Molasses, blackstrap, .75 tbsp (remove)**Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 2 serving (remove)Salt, 1.33 tsp (remove)*Whey, sweet, fluid, 1.33 cup (remove)Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, .75 tbsp (remove)
Directions
warm whey in microwave till very warm add yeast and let rest for 10 min. add all other ingredients and mix in electric mixer for 10minutes with dough hook. let rise in bowl till double about 45 minutes. push down and let rise again about 1.15 hours then shape into loaves let rise one more time and bake at 425 for 25 minutes
