Yogurt Crunch Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal6 oz. (1 container) Dannon Light N Fit Raspberry Yogurt1/6 cup Craisins
Directions
Place 1/3 of the yogurt in the bottom of a parfait glass or small bowl.
Layer 1/3 of Kashi cereal, and 1/3 of the craisins on top.
Repeat the above steps two times.

Makes one serving.

**Notes:
If you are in a hurry don't bother layering, it is more for presentation -- it tastes just as good all mixed together!

You may substitute a 65 calorie portion of your favorite fruit instead of the craisins, if desired. Berries work especially well.

Use whatever flavor of Dannon Lit N Fit that you wish. They are all 60 cal. My personal fave is raspberry!
