Spiced beef with vegetables

Ingredients
1-2 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper100 g lean ground beef3 fresh carrotsbrown / parboiled rice1 clove garlic
Directions
Start cooking the rice straight away.
Then Brown your beef adding spices and garlic as you like and in desired amounts, I for example add lots of cayenne pepper and a boatload of cumin.

It is very tasty and easy to prepare. Serve on (or with) the rice and possibly a salad.
