Ingredients
1/3 cup flour1/3 cup cocoa powder3/4 cup sugar1 cup water1 cup skim milk
Directions
Add all dry ingredients together, mix well with wire whip. Add water and mix together. Add milk and mix together. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Serve over biscuits.
