1 cup Egg Beaters1 sausage Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken sausage3 medium Mushrooms1/2 cup chopped green peppers2 tbsp parmesan cheese: shredded
Chop all ingredients (i add just put them directly into the pan after i've chopped them), put all ingredients into pan. Scramble away!
