Oven Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
2 Bunches of Broccoli,2 Tbsp Olive Oil (Not Extra Virgin)1 Finely chopped fresh garlic clove (can sub prepared minced garlic)Kosher SaltFresh Ground Black PepperLemon JuiceParmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400-415
Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray, place in oven while the oven preheats so that baking sheet is also preheated.
Chop broccoli bunches into bite size chunks (larger is better)
Finely chop garlic
Toss broccoli in olive oil, add salt, pepper and garlic and toss again to distribute.
Roast in oven 20-25 minutes, turning 2-3 times for even cooking.
Remove broccoli from sheet when some crisping and browning around the crowns occurs.
Top roasted broccoli with lemon juice and fresh-grated parmesan
Serve hot.
